WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH OUR WEDDING SHUTTLE SERVICE

Most wedding transportation rentals last for approximately 10 hours. They typically include 1-2 trips from your hotel to the ceremony location and reception venue, followed by 1-3 trips from the reception back to your hotel. The number of trips needed for your event may vary depending on venue location, parking lot accessibility, and other factors. Our reservations will be happy to discuss travel options and shuttle logistics to accommodate your specific needs.

With convenient shuttle services from Bailey Coach, you and your guests can enjoy the day’s festivities without worrying about taxis or ride shares. Our drivers will get your guests to the reception and then back to the hotel safely.

Rental Process

To rent a private car, SUV, or coach bus for your wedding, simply complete the following reservation process:

Request a quote online
Receive your rental quote from Bailey Coach.
Sign a rental agreement and make a deposit (usually $250) to reserve your wedding bus or private car.
Balance is typically due 30 days prior to event date.

AVAILABLE VEHICLES

Our fleet of charter vehicles can accommodate parties of all sizes (larger parties may require more than one trip to and from the venue). Wedding car and motorcoach sizes are based on your individual needs and venue requirements. While we do not currently offer “party buses” at Bailey Coach, we do provide vehicles with traditional row seating that are the same size as party buses.
