Covid-19 Disclaimer

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and possibly by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects or in the air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown, and there is no known treatment, cure, or vaccine for COVID-19. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are gathered. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and passengers with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

Bailey Leasing Inc. / DBA Bailey Coach has taken enhanced health measures for our customers and employees; however, we cannot prevent any individual from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing Bailey Coach or entering onto Bailey Coach’s premises. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to utilize Bailey Coach’s services and / or enter onto Bailey Coach’s premises, you may be exposing yourself to and / or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

Safety Requirements

You Must follow all instructions and Bailey Coach rules, both written and spoken, when traveling with Bailey Coach. For Bus trips: Bailey Coach requires that seats 1 – 4, (the first row), remain open and ARE NOT to be occupied by passengers. For sedan, van & SUV transfers: The front passenger seat must remain unoccupied. Bailey Coach encourages passengers to practice social distancing. Passengers MUST follow instructions on temporarily reduced seating.

In addition; the CDC requires passengers to wear a face mask at all times while in transit, deboarding and while the vehicle is in route. Passengers are briefly permitted to remove their face coverings while eating or drinking or if communicating with an individual who is hearing impaired. Children under the age of 2 and individuals with disabilities who cannot wear a mask are not required to do so. 

Bailey Coach’s drivers are required to wear a face covering at all times while loadingunloading passengers, and while the vehicle is in route. If wearing a mask creates a safety hazard while driving they do not have to wear a mask. The CDC states, “People for whom wearing a mask would create a risk to workplace health, safety, or job duty as determined by the relevant workplace safety guidelines or federal regulations do not have to wear a mask.. (For example: Drivers who wear glasses do not have to wear a mask if doing so creates fog on their glasses).”

Any individual not following the above-mentioned rules may result in authorities being notified and that person being removed from the vehicle immediately.



By traveling with Bailey Coach, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. You confirm that you have read and understand the warning concerning COVID-19 in order to utilize Bailey Coach and entering onto Bailey Coach premises. You further confirm that these services are of such value to you, that you accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/ or spreading COVID-19 in order to utilize Bailey Coach services and premises in person.


By use of our service, you hereby forever release and waive your right to bring suit against Bailey Coach and its owners, officers, directors, managers, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and / or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing Bailey Coach’s services and premises. This means you give up your right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

Our Extreme Clean Commitment: Cleaning, Disinfecting, Distancing and Protection


Bailey Coach has an extensive cleaning checklist which concentrates on the visible touchpoint areas of the coach, including handrails, door latches, window release bars, driver area and restroom surfaces, including door handles. Our extensive cleaning includes “Fogging” with state of the art “ULV” or “Electrostatic” foggers. These foggers cover the inside of the vehicle with millions of particles of our specialized Zero Hazard solution to ensure we sanitize the entire vehicle.
