In October 2019, Bailey Coach became an authorized service center for Irizar USA, the official distributor of Irizar i6 coaches, with headquarters in Basque Country, Spain. Irizar is a 130-year-old company, with core values that always lead up to unmatched customer service and satisfaction, application of newest technologies and adaptivity of sustainable measures. And with Irizar USA, Irizar wants to develop the same market culture and growth in American soil as it has done in the other parts of the world. Hence, Irizar is now partnering with Bailey Coach – both companies strive to maintain the same aspirations and value. John Bailey, President of Bailey Coach, envisioned a company that would higher the standards of service in the industry and offer new technologies to its’ customers. He started with his experience and learnings of the business from his uncle, who operated train tours to Chicago in 1933, and two European style coaches. Now, twenty-one years later, Bailey coach has a fleet of over twenty vehicles with over 15 motor coaches, including a beautiful Irizar i6 in its modern, sophisticated facility that is also an authorized service for Irizar. This is a step forward for both Irizar and Bailey Coach, as this partnership is opening new, exciting doors for both the companies. After its successful venture in the West Coast, Irizar is spreading it wings to the North Eastern region of the country and the new service center is a huge leap forward towards ensuring the customers that they will always be closer to them.
