SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Bailey Coach follows all CDC Guidelines with regards to preventative measures for Covid-19.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By use of our service, you hereby forever release and waive your right to bring suit against Bailey Coach and its owners, officers, directors, managers, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and / or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing Bailey Coach’s services and premises. This means you give up your right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By traveling with Bailey Coach, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. You confirm that you have read and understand the warning concerning COVID-19 in order to utilize Bailey Coach and entering onto Bailey Coach premises. You further confirm that these services are of such value to you, that you accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/ or spreading COVID-19 in order to utilize Bailey Coach services and premises in person.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING MEASURES
Bailey Coach has an extensive cleaning checklist which concentrates on the visible touchpoint areas of the coach, including handrails, door latches, window release bars, driver area and restroom surfaces, including door handles. Our extensive cleaning includes “Fogging” with state of the art “ULV” or “Electrostatic” foggers. These foggers cover the inside of the vehicle with millions of particles of our specialized Hypochlorous Acid solution to ensure we sanitize the entire vehicle.
